WHO: All Youth Varsity and Novice Athletes are expected to participate. There will be very strong competitors from OR, WA, and CA. After this regatta, the coaches will make their final decisions for the line-ups for the Youth NW Regional Championships.
COST: Regatta fees are projected to be _____ per athlete. This does not include overnight lodging or evening meals for athletes/parents during the regatta stay.

WHEN TO ARRIVE: Athletes in selected boats (those who are racing on early Saturday morning), need to arrive in Eugene by Friday afternoon. All other athletes must be at Dexter Lake by 10AM on Saturday.
TRANSPORTATION: Athletes and parents are responsible for their own transportation to and from the regatta.
LODGING:
Athletes/Parents are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.

FOOD: ORU parent volunteers will coordinate the ORU Food Tent at the regatta site, providing morning and afternoon meals/snacks for athletes and coaches. Evening meals are the responsibility of individual athletes and their families.
