...but first take a Break!

Ahhh.. we made it through another successful Fall Season.  So now- take a well deserved break! Winter season will start up again November 28, right after Thanksgiving.  Our 12 week series will feature a variety of exercise styles, including Yoga, Pilates, Circuit Training, Plyometrics, and of course the trusty Ergometer. The winter season is open to all- whether you are rowing in the spring or not.

Winter Training Season
November 28 - February 17
Monday Wednesday and Friday
12 weeks - $360
